All BeYou Studios & Healing providers are here to empower you to connect deeply to your own body. You know your body better than anyone else. If you feel pain (not just discomfort) in any pose or movement, DO NOT do it! Listen to your body and modify. Feel free to ask for modifications.

Pilates Chill - January

 

Pilates Chill Four- Week Series (45 mins.): Tues. Jan 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th

Finally, a gentle, flowing Pilates class focused on tuning in and activating your core with slow dynamic and static movements. These soothing movements are designed to loosen up your tight areas and strengthen weak muscles so you can access your natural healthy alignment. This is a six- week class.

Together, in this 45-minute class, we will learn and utilize several yoga poses designed to support the release of tightness and optimal alignment.

Day/Time: Tues. 8:30 p.m.- 9:15 p.m. CST

Dates: Jan. 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th

Equipment: Light weights, block, small towel, and water

Cost: $40

Break it Down Pilates- January

 

Break it Down Pilates (60 mins)- Thursdays 1:00pm Jan. 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th

Sometimes doing less IS more….

This Pilates class explores core strength, posture and alignment by encouraging you to experience and direct your breathe and your body using micro movements to feel and align and release deeply. This class can be rehabilitative, as we focus on pelvic floor core strength and balance, and incorporate yoga poses for release and realignment.

These 60-minute isometric classes are designed to acquaint you deeply with your own core strength & inner balance

Day/Time: Thurs. 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm CST

Location: Hopkins Dance Company or remote (email for juliet.e.nail@gmail.com for link)

Equipment: block, mat and water

Cost: $45

BeYou Studios & Healing providers are independent contractors that offer a variety of in-person, remote one- time PopUp sessions, series of four to eight sessions, and private individual sessions upon requests.
